The theme for Pause Fest 2015 is 'Pure' - simple ideas that will change the world.

Pause Fest is all about starting the conversations we should be talking about. Pause Fest is joining forces with TAC to bring you Pause the Road Toll, a one-day ideas hackathon open to fresh talent including entrepreneurs, creative thinkers and technologists alike. "One day, one brief, one chance to come up with a potentially life saving idea".

The festival lasts for seven days, which provides everyone with the opportunity to attend an event. Weekday events are mostly in the evening, and there are whole-day workshops on the weekend. Check out the schedule to see them all.

This festival is all about exploring what is the latest technology and how it is being used to create new solutions and experiences. This year, Pause Fest will be powered by iBeacon - a small wireless device that sends and receives signals using a form of Bluetooth is triggered when you're phone is in proximity of a beacon signal. It picks up on the unique ID of your phone and decides to take action, such as transmitting a notification or content to your phone.
